| 摘 要： | 针对高校新馆藏阅借开放服务模式下乱架突出的问题进行研究,剖析了社科书库乱架成因。提出了加强图书馆书库硬件现代化建设;积极开展RFID智能图书馆管理系统建设;建立综合密集书库;加强图书馆管理模式的改进;开展外包服务管理模式;提升图书馆管理水平;加强和引导新读者;有计划地培养勤工助学的学生参加图书馆的管理等8条治理乱架的对策。实践证明,有针对性地治理乱架现象,能大幅度提升读者满意度。
