| 摘 要： | 人为因素引发的水土流失现象时有发生,水土保持生态环境建设形势比较严峻。新形势迫切要求加强水土保持预防监督工作,我们要充分认识水土保持预防监督工作的重要性,加大水土保持预防监督力度,充分发挥大自然生态自我修复能力,促进人与自然和谐相处。

| Abstract: | Soil and water loss caused by human factors frequently occurred.Soil and water conservation and ecological environment construction situation is serious.The new situation urgently request that we strengthen the prevention supervision work of soil and water conservation,and we should fully understand its importance,strengthen preventive and supervision strength,give full play to ecological self-repairing ability of the nature,and promote the harmony between human and nature. |
