| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会主义市场经济的确立和发展,科学技术体制正发生重大变革。本文就我国科技进步及其体制的社会主义现代化建设中的地位和作用,从科技体制的形成与演变,回顾并分析了我国科技体制的制度变革过程。重点介绍了当前技术开发类科研机构和社会公益类科研机构的改革进展。

| Abstract: | With the establishment and developm ent of Chinese socialist market econ omy,a major reform is being advanced in Chinese scientific and technological syste m.This paper discusses the progress of Chinese science and technology an d the position and function of the scientific and technological sy stem in the socialist construction o f modernization,and reviews and analyzes the reform process of Chinese scientific and technologic al system,emphasizing the recent pr ogress of reform in scientific and te chnological organizations. |
