熟料烧成窑尾框架是对物料进行预热,对烧成物料进行分解的一个子项,窑尾框架设计是否合理、适用直接关系到水泥熟料能否达产、达标,可以说,该子项是烧成系统中最重要、最关键的环节。对于结构专业来讲,窑尾框架负荷大且荷载偏心严重,层高变化大,往往从几米到十几米,造成立面不规则,平面上为安装预热器等设备,留有直径较大的洞口,造成平面不规则,本结构分析时采用PKPM的SATWE及PMSAP两种空间结构分析软件进行分析、比较。

The Structure Analysis of Clinkering Process in 3000t/d Dry Process Cement of Clinker

Clinker cyclone preheater framework is a project for preheating materials and decomposing the calcined materials,the design of the cyclone preheater framework directly affects the production of the clinker .So we could say,this project is the most important part of the clinker burning system .for the structure term,the cyclone preheater framework has the features of tremendous and eccentric loads,the height of the floors changes from several meters to dozens of meters,these result the abnormality of the vertical face. To install the equipment like the preheater,there must be some big diameter holes,this results the abnormality of the plane. When analyzing this structure,we use the spatial structure SATWE and PMSAP from the PKPM series software to analyze and compare.
