| 摘 要： | 现代科技革命在生产力演进过程中,通过对生产资料和生产方式的作用引起产业革命,继而使职业结构发生变革,为社会结构性流动搭建平台。主要表现在,科技革命通过对劳动者的作用,引发生产要素内涵和价值的延伸,使知识成为资本,使拥有知识的劳动者成为资本拥有者,令社会流动的自致性增强,挑战社会分层的先赋性规则。通过对科技、生产力、生产关系及社会分层与流动之间本质关系的研究,揭示现代科技革命使社会流动发生本质变化的规律。
