| 摘 要： | 当代中国区域制度安排呈现出非均衡性。这种非均衡性体现在我国不同区域的制度供给和制度变迁方面的差异。区域制度安排的非均衡性可以从中央非均衡发展战略、制度变迁成本、制度实施环境、城乡二元体制等方面寻找原因。区域制度安排的非均衡性对各地区的经济发展绩效和区域发展差距带来深刻影响,具有正反两方面的辩证效应。
