Employees not only contribute to the majority of banks’profits,but also take and manage most of banks’risks.Employees’improper behavior can bring negative influence or cause massive loss to banks.Therefore,under this complex external situation,the key of enhancing operational risk management is to keep alert of various forms of employee behavior risks,analyze their fundamental reasons and take specific and targeted measures,especially in institution and mechanism design.
