| Abstract: | Recycling economy, in essence a type of ecological economy, is the only way for the realization of sustainable development of economy, and an important part of the new concept of scientific development. With the challenge as well as support of the new economy, the management of land and resources must keep pace with the times with continually innovated ideas of management so as to found a solid basis for the recycling economy. |
