| 摘 要： | 在循环经济基本理论把握与研究的基础上,本文设计了循环经济指标体系,全面考虑了各系统对循环经济的影响,重点体现循环经济中资源节约和循环利用情况,以体现循环经济的基本目标和内涵,在遵循系统性、层次性、动态性、稳定性、静态指标与动态指标相结合原则的基础上,应用层次分析法确定了各系统及指标权重,并构建了城市循环经济模糊综合评价模型,进行了相应的检验,旨在为城市循环经济发展决策提供参考依据。

| Abstract: | On the base of theory research of circular economy,it was carried on the selection,the definition and the analysis to circular economy evaluating index and built up a circular economy evaluating index system of city.With the use of Analytic Hierarchy Process,it was determined the weight of every system and index,and constructed the model of circular economy fuzzy evaluating,so as to supply some reference for the decision of circular economy development of city. |
