| 摘 要： | 从19世纪40年代到该世纪末,美国企业顺利完成了现代管理革命:所有权与经营权正式分离,职业经理人出现并日趋职业化。目前,我国的民营企业正在实施转型。本文以美国企业制度变迁的历史为鉴,并结合当时的政策与环境进行分析,最后给出了我国民营企业转型的思路。

| Abstract: | From 1940 s' to the end of the nineteenth century, the corporation finished management revolution: ownership power formally was dependent with the management power. Manager appeared and become more and more professional. At present, the same change has taken place for Chinese personal company. This paper usefor reference the history in America, and analyze the system and environment, finally give the solution for the second creation of the Chinese personal company. |
