我国政府统计部门新型智库建设路径探索研究

随着我国国家治理体系改革进入新阶段,经济发展进入新常态,统计部门必须在政府科学民主决策中发挥智库作用,说明了统计部门新型智库建设的紧迫性,指出了政府统计部门新型智库战略定位的内涵和特点,分析了当前统计部门建设新型智库具备的优势和不足,提出了建立科学有效的项目管理与成果考核机制、建立智库发展投入的综合保障机制、加强信息共享、扩大研究视野等建议.

Study of the Development of a New Think Tank for the State Statistic Departments of China

With the reform of China's national governance system has entered a new stage and the economic development has entered a new normal phase,statistical departments need to play a role of think tank in the scientific and democratic decision-making.This paper discusses the urgency of developing a new think tank for the statistics departments,and points out the connotation and characteristics of the strategic positioning of the new think tank.It further ,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the current construction of the new think tank,and proposes a series of suggestions,including establishing a scientific and effective project management and achievement evaluation mechanism,developing a comprehensive security mechanism for the investment of the think tank construction,strengthening the information sharing,expanding research fields suggestions,and so on.
