高职《绿色食品加工技术》课程双语教学目标的确立与实施

在结合专业岗位对英语应用能力实际需求上,详细确立了《绿色食品加工技术》课程的双语教学目标,且将其分为渐进式的三个阶段;建立了基于工作过程的＂引导文或文献查找→创建项目→组合团队→小组分工→汇报总结＂和＂产学研合作项目融入课程＂的双语教学模式,并举例阐述了＂引导文教学、角色扮演、理实一体化、项目驱动＂等双语教学方法的实施和升华学生创新素质的＂小组研发、生产性实训＂双语教学环节的设计。该课程的双语教学目标合理、工学结合程度高、实施方案具体、且中英文应用比例方案清晰,该研究旨在为高职教育非英语专业课程实施双语教学提供参考。

Establishment and Implementation of Bilingual Teaching Objectives for Green Food Processing Technology Course in Higher Vocational Colleges
