| 摘 要： | 制约西北地区农业经济发展的环境问题主要是水资源和土地资源及其二者的矛盾.大力发展生态农业能够巩固和强化农业的基础地位,有利于解决西北地区农业发展中资源、人口和生态环境之间的矛盾,促进农业经济的可持续发展.西北地区发展生态农业应当采取改革生产组织形式,调整生产结构,组建专业化生产基地,搞农业工厂试点等措施.

| Abstract: | The eviromental problems which restrict agricultural economic development in North-west of China are water resources,soil resource evir the contradiction between them.The development of ecological agriculture can strengthen basic position of agriculture,help to solve contradiction among resource,population and eviroment,promote sustainable development of agricultural ceconomics,besides,this article put forward seven measures of developing ecological agriculture in North-west of China. |
