摘    要:目前世界500强企业已经有400强进驻中国,他们利用多年积淀的企业文化和先进的管理模式造就了品牌,并以此作为实现侵占我国市场战略目标的锐利武器,同时也为企业创造了巨大的价值。加强企业文化与品牌建设对我国现代企业来讲更是一项刻不容缓的大事。

Abstract:At present, some 400 out of the Fortune Global 500 companies have come into China. They have established their own brands through the corporate culture accumulated for many years and advanced management pattern, and moreover, they are using their brands as powerful weapons in grabbing our domestic market to create huge values for their enterprises. To strengthen corporate culture and brand forging is a vital thing for our modem enterprises, and there is no time to delay.
