| Abstract: | The key issue in current China is to accelerate the shifting of its economic development mode.On the other hand,such shifting is in contradiction with the political achievements pursued by government officials and without the support from the economic system and technological foundation.So it is necessary to overcome such barriers before shifting the development mode. |
