新时期我国地方政府治理面临的主要问题与对策思考

党的十八届三中全会明确我国全面深化改革的总目标是完善和发展中国特色社会主义制度,推进国家治理体系和治理能力现代化。当前,我国地方政府治理面临着一些问题和挑战。我们必须通过更新治理观念、规范治理制度、改进治理方式,进一步完善治理体系,提升治理能力,才能把思想和行动统一到中央关于全面深化改革重大决策部署上来,推动地方经济社会发展。

On the Problems in the Governance of Local Government in China in the New Period and the Countermeasures

At present, the local government in China is faced with some problems and challenges. We must through new governing ideas, governing system, to improve the way of governance, further perfect the governing system, improving the capacity of governance, to get ideas and action unity on comprehensively deepening reform important decisions to the central deployment, promote local economic and social development.
