关于资源共建共享型实训基地建设的研究

实训基地是高职院校培养技能型人才的关键场所，是高职院校办学不可缺少的组成部分。当前，实训基地的建设面临巨大的压力，经费不足、重复建设、竞争激烈、校企合作动力不足、“双师型”教师匮乏等问题限制了它的发展。本文在详细分析实训基地建设存在问题的基础上，提出建设资源共建共享型实训基地的思路，并对其内涵、定位、优势以及需要解决的关键性问题进行阐述。

Research on the Construction of Resource Co-construction and Sharing Practical Training Base

The practical training base is the key place to cultivate skilled talents in higher vocational colleges,is indispensable part of higher vocational colleges.At present,the construction of practical training base faces tremendous pressure,lack of funds,repeated construction,competition,lack of school enterprise cooperation motivation,deifcient“double-professional teachers”problems limit its development.Based on the analysis of existing problems of training base construction,the paper proposes the thought of construction of resource co-construction and sharing practical training base,and elaborates its connotation,position,advantages and the key problems needed to be solved.
