区域人力资本配置、科技创新对经济增长的作用机理研究

Research on Acting Mechanism of Regional Human Capital Allocation,Scientific and Technological Innovation on Economic Growth

With the advent of the era of economic globalization and knowledge economy, the regional human capital allocation is playing the important role of promoting the economic growth, by influencing scientific and technological innovation. Two aspects will be focused below by following the acting mechanism among these three： on the one hand, according to the different effects of different types of human capital on scientific and technological innovation, the human capital allocation is optimized to form the optimized structure of human capital in order to enhance the innovation ability of science and technology. On the other hand, the internal effect of scientific and technological innovation, scientific and technological innovation promotes industrial structure optimization, scientific and technological innovation accelerates the knowledge accumulation, which promote regional sustainable and rapid economic growth together.
