| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化是现代化的必由之路,是解决农村和农民问题的重要途径,是推动区域协调发展的有力支撑,是扩大内需和促进产业升级的重要抓手。完善城镇化健康发展体制,是我国城镇化进程中亟待解决的问题。文章在总结我国新型城镇化内涵的基础上,提出我国新型城镇化的关键是县域产业聚集,并从理论和实践的角度进行了论证,可为我国新型城镇化建设提供借鉴和参考。

| Abstract: | The new-type urbanization is the only way to modernization, important way to solve the problem of agriculture, a powerful support, and an important grasp of expanding domestic demand and promote industrial upgrading. The perfecting of healthy development is a problem to be solved in the process of urbanization in China. On the basis of summarizing the connotation of the new- type urbanization, the key of the new-type urbanization is county industrial agglomeration was put forward, and it was verified from theory and practice. The conclusion can be reference for the new-type urbanization construction in China. |
