科技服务业与战略性新兴产业融合发展研究

发展科技服务业有利于优化科技资源配置、促进科技成果转化、加快经济发展方式转变和现代服务业发展,是创新驱动与产业升级的战略支撑。战略性新兴产业发展需要科技服务业提供强大的科技创新资源支撑并与其具有较强的产业融合性,应与科技服务业同步推进并联动发展。文章认为,科技服务业与战略性新兴产业融合发展重点是要深化科技体制改革,构建科技服务共享机制;激活科技创新资源,增强科技服务业对战略性新兴产业的服务功能与带动力;把握好产业发展规律和趋势,增强科技服务业与战略性新兴产业发展的融合性。

Development of Science and Technology Integration Services and Strategic Emerging Industries

The development of technology services will help optimize technology resources, promote scientific and technological achievements, to accelerate the transformation of the mode of economic development and the development of modem service industry, which is the strategic support of innovation and industrial upgrading. The development of strategic emerging industries needs strong scientific services support, such as innovation resources and industrial integration. This paper considers that the point of development of technology services and strategic emerging industries co-development is to deepen the systematic reform of technology, build technology services sharing mechanism; activation of technology innovation resources, enhancing driving forces of technology services for emerging industries; grasp industrial development patterns and trends, and enhance the integration of technology services and the development of strategic emerging industries.
