| 摘 要： | 新型城镇化推动了产业结构和就业结构的升级优化,促进了劳动生产率提高,加快了经济发展,增加了民众收入,改善了人们生活,促进了人的素质提高,推动了人的发展。但我国就业结构调整滞后于产业结构,产业结构也不尽合理,阻碍了劳动力的流动,妨碍了劳动生产率提高,阻碍了经济发展中人的素质提高。应大力加快产业结构调整,促进就业结构优化,进而促进人的发展。 |

| Abstract: | New urbanization promoted the upgrading of industrial structure and employment structure optimization, improved the labor productivity, speeded up the economic development, increased the income of the people, improved people＇s life and the quality of people, promote the human development. But in our country, the adjustment of employment structure lags behind the industrial structure, and the industrial structure is unreasonable which hindered the flow of labor force, prevented the labor productivity and hindered the improvement of human in the economic development. We should speed up the adjustment of industrial structure, optimize the employment structure, so as to promote the human development. |
