| 摘 要： | 村镇银行是中国农村金融体系的一个重要组成部分,是解决农村金融空洞化问题的重要途径。基于河南省村镇银行的发展现状,文章分析了村镇银行发展面临的诸多困境,并提出了深化村镇银行品牌形象、提高员工素质、改善金融生态环境、加强监控体系建设和推进多元化金融产品创新的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Rural bank is an important part of Chinese rural financial system and an important way to solve the problem of rural financial scarcity. Based on the development current situation of village banks in Henan Province, the paper analyzed the development obstacles of rural banks, and the improvement suggestions are also put forward, which include building the brand ideas, improving staff quality, enhancing policy financial ecological environment, strengthening the monitoring system construction, promoting the diversification of financial products innovation and so on. |
