| 摘 要： | 企业单纯依靠资本和劳动力的发展模式已经无法适应当前市场对企业发展的要求,科技创新型人才对企业来说可以更好地提高一个企业的上限和整体竞争力。加强企业科技创新人的培养能够有效避免人才流失,提高企业的核心竞争力,基于此,建立合适的培育政策和人才激励机制非常有必要。

| Abstract: | The development mode of enterprises relying solely on capital and labor can no longer meet the requirements of the current market for enterprise development,and innovative talents in science and technology can better improve the upper limit and overall competitiveness of an enterprise.Strengthening the cultivation of scientific and technological innovators in enterprises can effectively avoid brain drain and improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,it is necessary to establish appropriate cultivation policies and talent incentive mechanisms. |
