基于价值链分析的现代物流贸易企业绩效考核管理研究

企业价值链分析方法由迈克尔·波特教授于1985年提出,主要关注企业所有的互不相同但又相互联系的价值创造活动,通过对价值创造活动即企业价值链的分析,发现企业各项价值活动环节的优势与劣势。与传统贸易企业相比,现代物流贸易企业的价值创造主要集中在原料供应、成品储运、市场营销、售后服务等环节。论文采用价值链分析的方法,探讨物流贸易企业如何根据企业价值链分析,结合岗位分析,设计符合自身实际需要的绩效考核管理体系,促使现代物流贸易企业关键环节的价值创造更有效率。

Research on Performance Appraisal Management of Modern Logistics Trading Enterprises Based on the Analysis of Value Chain

The enterprise value chain analysis method was proposed by professor Michael Porter in 1985.It mainly focuses on the different but interrelated value creating activities owned by enterprises.Through the analysis of value creating activities,namely the enterprise value chain,the advantages and disadvantages are identified in the links of various value activities of enterprises.Compared with the traditional trading enterprises,the value creation of modern logistics trading enterprises mainly focuses on the links of material supply,outbound logistics,marketing and sales and after-sale service.This paper adopts the method of value chain analysis to discuss how to design a performance appraisal management system that meets the actual needs of logistics trade enterprises according to the analysis of enterprise value chain with combination of position analysis and role,so as to promote the value creation of key links of modern logistics trading enterprises to be more efficient.
