摘    要:成功的企业文化对企业发展通常具有深远的影响,而诚信道德价值观是企业文化的关键。本文首先通过对信用文化理论的回顾以及对其作用的比较研究,强调应发扬中华信用文化优良传统,吸收西方信用文化的精华。进而提出应优化企业经营者的品格,增强企业全员素质,并拟订加强企业信用文化建设的主要途径,以创造良好的制度环境。

Abstract:Successful corporate culture usually has a far-reaching impact on enterprise development,and the value system of being honest and credible is the key of the corporate culture.Beginning with the meaning of credit culture the paper emphasizes that we should carry forward the fine tradition in Chinese credit culture and absorb the essence in western credit culture.Then it proposes that we should optimize the character of the management,strengthen the quality of the staff.It also works out the main approaches to strengthen the cultural construction of enterprise credit so as to create the good system environment finally.
