| 摘 要： | 依据多年实地调查资料,在对大汶河流域水资源承载能力研究的基础上,构建了以生态农业和环保产业为主导,以节水型社会建设为保障,以社会、经济、资源和生态环境协调发展为目标的大汶河流域水资源循环利用模式,并从开源节流、污染防控、水土保持和生态环境修复、水资源开发利用管理及投入运行机制与水价体系等方面提出了相关的实施对策,旨在为提高流域水资源承载能力,实现水资源可持续利用和社会、经济、资源、生态环境的协调发展提供科学依据.
