| 摘 要： | 在供应链及产业集群的理论研究基础上，对产业集群供应链形成机理进行了系统的研究。认为产业集群供应链主要表现为提升企业的经济效益，进一步加强专业化分工．形成多种形式的竞合关系，提高区域营销竞争能力四个方面。通过对武汉城市圈制造业集群的问卷调查和运用AMOS软件分析证实了上述想法。
