| 摘 要： | 农作物秸秆的利用主要体现在农村能源、牲畜饲料、还田肥料和工业原料等4个方面;通过对我国农作物秸秆资源的应用现状、总量和区域分布的分析,认为我国部分地区农作物秸秆资源浪费严重;提出了建立完善的约束和激励机制等政策性建议。
