简谈高校教师的转型

摘    要:中专学校并入高校,对每个原中专学校教师是机遇更是挑战。从“教学型”中专教师向“教学研究型”高校教师转型存在着学历、教学观念、教学方法等方面的差距,为缩短及超越这种差距必须在角色意识转变、学历及“学力”提高、开展研究性教学活动等几方面作出努力。

Abstract:The merging of a technical secondary school into a college provides both an opportunity and a challenge for every teacher in the former technical secondary school.In the process of the transformation from "teaching" type teacher in a technical secondary school to "researching and teaching" type teacher in a college,many teachers meet the problems such as the need to upgrade their diploma,transformation of teaching philosophy,improvement of teaching methods,and so on.To overcome the problems,every teacher in the former technical secondary school has to endeavor to transform his/her role,pursue further study,improve his/her quality and capability,as well as conduct researchoriented teaching.
