情境式教学在经济法课程中的应用

摘    要:现行的经济法教学注重基本理论的传授,忽视应用能力的训练,存在明显的不足。问题驱动情境法、模拟仿真情境法、合作实践情境法等情境式教学法的引入可以弥补目前教学的缺陷,为学生自主学习开辟了一种现实途径。具体实施情境式教学法的过程中应注意把握围绕教学目的合理适度应用情境式教学;教师需提升自身综合素质提高课堂组织能力;完善评价体系等要点。

Abstract:There are obvious deficiencies that the current economic law teaching which focus on the theory,ignoring the ability to apply.The introduction of scenario-based teaching methods,include problem-driven scenario method,simulation scenario method,cooperative and practice situations,can make up for the shortcomings of current teaching,independent study opened up for students to study independently and study with a realistic way.In practice the following points should be noted: the scenario-based teaching should be applied reasonably under the purpose of teaching;teachers need to improve their teaching skill and enhance their overall organizational capacity;and the evaluation system should be improved.
