浅谈新闻从业人员思想政治工作面临的问题与对策

做好新闻从业人员的思想政治工作，对新闻从业人员的思想政治倾向和水平有着十分重要的作用，也直接影响着新闻媒体舆论导向的正确与否和引导水平的高低。当前，我国新闻从业人员思想政治工作既面临着道德价值、政策导向机制、外部约束监督社会大环境的挑战，也存在着对思想政治工作不重视、管理措施不到位、方式方法僵化落后等具体问题，这需要我们不断优化思想政治工作的社会环境，建立健全新闻事业的道德价值评价约束机制和体系，不断更新思想政治工作的观念、方法、内容，健全工作机制，开创新闻从业人员思想政治工作的新局面。

A Preliminary Study of Problems and Countermeasures of the Ideological and Political Work Faced by Journalists

The ideological and political work of journalists is of great importance to their ideological level and political orientation of the journalists, directly influencing the correctness and leading level of guidance of public opinion by the news media. At present, the ideological and political work of journalists is not only facing the challenges coming from moral value, policy--oriented mechanism, external constraints and supervision to the social environment, but also exists in some special problems, such as indifference to the ideological and political work, insufficiency in management, and rigidness and backwardness in ways. This requires us to optimize the social environment of the ideological and political work constantly, and establish a sound moral value evaluation constraint mechanism and system of the news industry, and continuously update the concept, methods and content of ideological and political work and improve working mechanism so as to create a new situation of the ideological and political work of journalists.
