论我国西部农村人力资源开发与生态经济关系

西部农业经济的发展必须要摆脱资源和气候等自然条件的限制，树立起以人为本的观念，适应知识经济的要求。因此，农村人力资源充分有效地开发显得紧迫而重要。本文将农村人力资源开发与可持续发展结合起来，阐明了二者之间的关系以及二者统一的必要性，并针对西部农村实际情况，提出了农村人力资源开发的可持续发展的诸多措施。

Discussion on Relationship between Rural Human Resources Development in Western China and Eco- economy

The development of Western China's agricultural economy shall be shaken off the restriction of the resource , climate and other nature conditions, and establish the idea taking human being as base and meet the needs of intellectual economy. So it is more urgent and important to effectively and fully develop rural human resources. This article discusses the relation between them and the necessity of their integration. It also proposes some measures of sustainable development of rural human resources development.
