摘    要:随着经济全球化以及全球家电产品更新换代的加快 ,企业竞争由局部竞争转向全面竞争 ,由国内竞争转向国际竞争 ,进入结构趋同、产品过剩、技术更新和资产重组的战略转型时代。伴随着市场竞争的深入发展 ,企业如何根据国内外竞争现状与转型期产业结构的变化 ,加快技术升级和产品结构调整 ;如何通过寻求独特的发展空间 ,推进企业的战略转型 ,已成为亟待解决的重大研究课题。

Abstract:With economic globalization and the quickening update of global household electrical appliances,enterprise competition is turning from partial competition to all-round competition,from domestic competition to international competition.Which has entered into a period of strategic transition with industry structure similar,surplus products,technological innovation and re-arrangement of assets.Along with market competition intensifying,how to accelerate technology upgrading and product structural adjustment according to current competition situation and the change of industrial structure,and how to push strategy transition of enterprises by seeking the special development space,have been significant research topics that should be dealt with urgently.
