| 摘 要： | 健康型组织包括正常的心理状态、成功的胜任特征和创新的组织文化三方面,本文从健康型组织、健康型社区和健康型社会建设三方面入手,对和谐社会的健康型组织建设进行了详细阐述。最后,提出了实施健康型组织建设的几点建议。
