绩效管理体系综述

摘    要:目前,绩效管理日益成为组织人力资源管理的重要手段,是帮助企业维持和提高生产力,实现企业战略任务和目标最有效的手段之一。然而,大多数企业把绩效管理的重心放在结果上,仅仅作为其他人事决策的依据,而不是有意识地运用绩效管理系统向员工传达组织的目标,也不善于根据绩效评价的结果制定员工能力发展计划。因此,如何有效地构建绩效管理体系,从而实现绩效管理的核心目标,促进组织目标的实现是绩效管理的关键。

Abstract:At present,performance management becomes the important means to organize manpower resources management.It helps enterprises keep and improve productivity.It proves effective in fufilling tasks and business strategy.However,most enterprises focus performance management on the result,and only regard it as the basis of other personnel decision without consciously transmiting organizational objective with performance management system.Neither can they make staff ability development plans according to the result of performance appraisal mainly expounds how to structure performance management system effectively,in order to realize its core objective and the organizational objective.
