市场经济中的地方保护主义析要

存在至今的地方保护主义,从来都以地方政府经济利益最大化乃至收入最大化为目标,影响宏观经济资源配置,损害宏观经济效益。它既导致过度竞争和供给过剩,又抑制消费需求增长,给我国市场经济健康发展、经济增长走上主要依靠内需拉动之路,造成了不可忽视的消极影响和困难。因此,为落实科学发展观,必须从各方面下功夫消除地方保护主义。

Analysis on Local Protectionism in Market Economy

Local protectionism has a long history and it regards maximum of local economic interest and revenue as its purpose, which exerts influence on resource allocation and low efficiency of macro-economy. Local protectionism restrains the growth of consumption demand, which has a negative effect on sound development of China's market economy and on domestic demand promoting economic growth. We must take measures to abolish it in order to fulfill scientific outlook on development.
