| 摘 要： | 国际板是我国不断提高资本市场的国际化程度、建设国际金融中心,在全球范围内发现和吸纳优质经济资源的重要举措。本文分析了推出国际板的必要性和其前提条件,提出要充分考虑国内资本市场功能分割,外汇资本项目管制等制约因素,合理制定国际板各项制度。

| Abstract: | International Board,which continuously promotes the internationalization of capital market and constructs international financial center in China,is an imporant measure to find and absorb excellent economic resources around the world.Through the analysis of the necessity and its precondition to launch International Board,this paper puts forward that we should formulate various rules of the International Board considering the segmentations of the domestic capital market and the restraining factors of the control of foreign exchange capital account. |
