我国大中型企业员工培训有效性问题及提升策略——基于戈特成人学习原理

摘    要:在我国大中型企业尚未建立完善的培训体系的背景下,由于受高层管理者、人力资源管理部门、培训者和员工多方面因素的影响,导致企业员工培训有效性降低.基于戈特成人学习原理,根据该原理对员工培训的启示,可以采用三观策略来提高员工培训的有效性,即在宏观上,高层管理者应该成为培训的倡导者和支持者;在中观上,人力资源管理部门应该成为企业战略合作伙伴,培训者应该成为企业牧师;在微观上,员工应该成为自身职业生涯的规划者.

Abstract:Under the background of lacking perfect training system in our country’s large and medium-sized enterprises,the effectiveness of staff training declines which affected by executives,human resource administration,trainers and employees.Based on GeTe adult learning theory and its enlightenment to staff training,we analyze the problem at three levels.At the macroscopic level,senior managers should be the advocators and supporters of the training;at the meso-level,human resource administration should become enterprise strategic partners,and trainers should become enterprise pastor.Staff should be their own career planners at the microscopic level.
