| Abstract: | The implementation of supply chain strategy performance management is a systematic project and it can play the best results under carefully co-coordinated planning, scientific and reasonable arrangement.In this paper, the eight factors included in the implementation of supply chain strategy performance management have been described in detail.Meanwhile, it analyzes the main contents and correlation of the key factors which affect the overall development. |
