| 摘 要： | 内地与香港关于保险人在组织监管制度、经营监管制度和财务监管制度方面既有相同之处,又有其差异。其主要表现在以下几个方面:保险人的设立制度,组织形式的确定;经营范围,业务分类,保险费率及条款,经营行为监管;偿付能力监管制度,与偿付能力相关的监管措施,保险资金的管理和运用,财务信息披露制度。

| Abstract: | There are both similarities and differences concerning insurer between mainland and Hong Kong in terms of supervision organization system, supervision operation system, and financial supervision system. Such similarities and differences are reflected in the following aspects: insurer setup system, stipulations concerning organization form, business scope, business classification, insurance rate and clauses, supervision of operation activities, supervision system of solvency capability and the supervision measures concerning solvency capability,management and operation of insurance fund,and financial data disclosure system. |
