| Abstract: | Innovation competency is the developing impetus basis of logistics cluster.This paper analyses logistics cluster′s characters,establishes evaluation index system of the factors which influence logistics cluster innovation competency from four dimensionalities: techno-innovation competency,knowledge innovation competency,environment innovation competency and management innovation competency.It also gives an example of Wuhan City to show the analysis and evaluation on the key factors which influence Wuhan logistics cluster innovation competency by exerting grey relation analysis. |
