金融深化背景下我国担保机构的监管体系研究

当前我国担保机构违规经营情况严重,对此问题的分析应放在金融深化背景下进行。通过分析国内金融深化不足与担保机构违规关系,以及国外担保机构监管经验借鉴,本文认为我国在金融深化不足情况下,对担保机构应该严格监管、积极引导。并根据国内融资性担保和非融资性担保两种担保机构运行现状,从行业自律、市场监管和信息引导等方面提出相关建议。
