| Abstract: | To facilitate the equalization of basic public servic is very important in approaching Scientific Outlook on Development,as well as in constructing socialist harmonious society.To promote the equalization,government management innovation is critical,which in turn can be enhanced by following measurements: Being guided by Scientific Outlook on Development;Setting up correct view of political achievement;Improving the capability of scientific development;and so on. |
