摘    要:
中红外光谱在食品掺假检测中的应用成本比较低,应用范围比较广,是一种比较简单、有效的检测方法。基于此,本文主要分析了在食品掺假检测中应用中红外光谱的主要技术原理,并在此基础上分析其具体应用。

Abstract:
Middle infrared spectroscopy is a simple and effective method for detection of food adulteration due to its low cost and wide range of application. Based on this, this paper mainly analyzes the main technical principles of the application of mid-infrared spectroscopy in the detection of food adulteration, and on this basis, analyzes its specific application.
