摘    要:随着物质生活水平的不断提高,人们对食品安全的要求越来越高,因此食品安全问题已经成为社会关注的热点问题之一,食品微生物检验对于保障食品质量安全发挥着重要作用,因此需要对食品微生物检验进行有效的质量控制。本文主要围绕食品微生物检验的特点展开论述,分析影响食品微生物检验的因素,提出提高食品微生物检验质量的策略。

Abstract:With the continuous improvement of people’s material life, people’s demand for food is getting higher and higher. Therefore, food safety has become one of the hot issues of social concern. The detection of food microorganisms plays an important role in the safety of food quality. Therefore, carry out effective quality control for the detection of food microorganisms is necessary. This paper mainly focused on the characteristics of food microbial testing, analysed the influencing factors of food microbial testing, and put forward the strategies to effectively control food microbial quality testing.
