摘    要:采用微波消解法对红苋菜进行消解,建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定红苋菜根、茎、叶中镁(Mg)、铁(Fe)、锰(Mn)、锌(Zn)、铜(Cu)、铬(Cr)、砷(As)、镉(Cd)和铅(Pb)9种元素含量。结果表明,9种元素线性关系良好,相关系数均≥0.999 9,检出限为0.002~0.850 mg·kg-1,加标回收率为90%~111%,精密度≤6.90%。国家标准物质柑橘叶(GBW10020)测定结果在标准认定值范围内。红苋菜根、茎、叶对不同金属元素的富集能力存在一定差异,其中叶>根>茎的元素有Mg、Mn、Fe、Cu、Zn和Cd,根>叶>茎的元素有Cr、As和Pb。该法能够满足红苋菜中多种元素同时检测的需要,为红苋菜的营养价值及安全评价提供参考依据。

Abstract:The method of microwave digestion of red spinach was studied.To establish a method for detection of 9 kinds of elements,including Mg,Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,Cr,As,Cd and Pb in root,stem and leaf of red spinach by ICP-MS.The results showed that the linear relationship of the 9 elements was good,and the correlation coefficients were all greater than 0.999 9.The limits of detection were 0.002~0.85 mg·kg-1.The recoveries of standard addition ranged from 90%to 111%,and the relative standard deviations were lower than 6.90%.The results of the national standard substance(Quince Leaves GBW10020)were basically within the range of certified values.There are some differences in the accumulation ability of root,stem and leaf of red spinach to different metal elements.Leaf>roots>stem elements are Mg,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn and Cd.Root>leaf>stem elements are Cr,As and Pb.The method is suitable for the detection of many elements in red spinach,The measured results can provide nutritional value and safety evaluation in red spinach.
