摘    要:
以甘肃生产的鲜枸杞和鲜食葡萄为原料,通过技术集成创新及实验设计研究,解决了利用鲜食葡萄和鲜枸杞加工红葡萄枸杞饮料中澄清过滤难及功能性成分提取率低的关键技术难题。

Abstract:
Using fresh wolfberry and fresh grape from Gansu province as raw materials,the key technical problems,such as difficulty in clarifying and filtering and low extraction rate of functional components in processing red grape wolfberry beverage by using fresh grape and fresh wolfberry,were solved through technical integration innovation and experimental design research.
