雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片不同给药方式对卵巢储备功能低下患者预处理的疗效

目的探讨雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片不同给药方式对卵巢储备功能低下患者预处理的疗效。方法选取2016年2月至2019年10月于大连市妇幼保健院接受治疗的卵巢储备功能低下患者96例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各48例。对照组采用口服雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片治疗,观察组采取雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片口服联合阴道给药方式治疗。比较两组患者促排卵效果、性激素水平及不良反应。结果治疗前后两组卵巢体积比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组窦卵泡个数及动脉峰值血流速度(PSV)水平上升,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者促黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素及雌二醇水平降低,且观察组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片口服联合阴道给药较单纯口服给药可有效提高卵巢储备功能低下患者促排卵效果,改善雌激素水平且具有较高的安全性。

Curative Effect of Patients with Low Ovarian Reserve By Different Administration Methods of Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol Dydrogesterone Tablets

Objective To explore the effect of different administration methods of estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets on the pretreatment of patients with low ovarian reserve. Methods A total of 96 patients with diminished ovarian reserve from February 2016 to October 2019 admitted to Dalian Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected as the research objects, and were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral estradiol tablets/estradiol and dydrogesterone tablets, and the observation group was treated with estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets combined with vaginal administration. The effects of ovulation induction, sex hormone levels and adverse reactions were compared between the 2 groups. Results There was no significant difference in ovarian volume between the 2 groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the number of antral follicles and PSV levels increased in the 2 groups, and the observation group was better than the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of luteinizing hormone, follicle stimulating hormone and estradiol decreased in the 2 groups, and the observation group was better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the 2 groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Compared with simple oral administration, estradiol tablets/estradiol dydrogesterone tablets orally combined with vaginal administration can effectively improve the ovulation induction effect in patients with low ovarian reserve, improve the level of estrogen and have higher safety.
