我国农地制度创新的现状、目标与路径探析

改革开放以来，我国虽然对农地制度实施了一系列创新，但改革仍然不到位。目前，我国各地在实践中推行的多种可供选择的农地制度创新模式既有利又有弊。因此，结合本地实际，推行符合当地情况的农地制度创新模式是至关重要的。根据“路径依赖”的有关思想，在制度变迁中，历史起着重要的作用。因此，在选择我国农地制度创新的路径时，也应该了解我国农地制度变迁的惯性与趋势，在总结我国农地制度创新的历史经验的基础上，找出一条适宜的农地制度创新之路。

On the Present Condition, Outcome and Pathway of the Farmland System Innovation in China

My government carried out a series of innovation on rural land system since implementation of the policy of opening and reforming,but the innovation was not carried through to the end.At present,many kinds of system innovation patterns of rural land which were put into practice in china have either advantages or disadvantages.Therefore it is critical to carry out a kind of system innovation pattern of rural land which accords with local situation.According to the idea concerned "depending on ways",history plays an important role in system reformation.Consequently,we should learn about the tendency and law of rural system changes in china while choosing ways of system innovation of rural land.Then we will find a suitable way of system innovation of rural land on the basis of summarizing historical experiences of it.
