董文标:银行脱俗才能为人民服务

在全国政协十二届二次会议期间．《国际融资》杂志独家专访了全国政协常委、全国工商联副主席、中国民生银行（简称：民生银行）董事长董文标先生。董文标先生已连任三届全国政协委员，这次会议，他提交了四个提案，涉猎了小微金融服务政策支持、互联网金融发展、信贷资产证券化、民营资本控股城商行等焦点话题。围绕着这些提案，董文标先生在接受《国际融资》杂志记者采访时，以深入浅出的方式、通俗易懂的语言，回答了记者对互联网金融、中国利率市场化、民营企业“走出去”、人民币国际化、如何发展小微金融和小区金融等话题的提问．并直抒己见。他一针见血地指出：“银行只有改变自己，通过。脱俗’，即不为存款而存款．不为贷款而贷款，才能真正为人民服务。”

Dong Wenbiao： banks must break the conventions to serve the people

During the second annual session of the 12th National Committee of the CPPCC, our reporter interviewed Mr. Dong Wenbiao,He is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China Minsheng Banking. He is also a member of the Standing Committee of the 12th Chinese People＇s Political Consultative Conference （CPPCC） National Committee, and the Vice Chairman of All China Federation of the Industry and Commerce （ACFIC）.Mr. Dong Wenbiao submitted 4 proposals about policies supporting small-micro finance service, internet finance development, the securitization of credit assets and private capital holding city commercial banks. Mr. Dong Wenbiao talked about his viewpoints about interest rate liberalization, private enterprises going abroad, RMB internationalization and developing small-micro finance and district finance. He said that only if banks broke the conventions of depositing for deposits and loaning for loans can it served for the people really.
